Costco: Jefferies confirms buy rating after results

(CercleFinance.com) - The analyst confirms a buy rating on the stock, with a target price of $640, after its Q4 earnings announcement.


On Tuesday evening, Costco Wholesale reported Q4 EPS of $4.86, compared with $4.20 a year earlier.

"Strong Top-Line Performance Puts COST Well-Positioned For Growth Ahead - COST reported strong 4Q results," Jefferies says.

"Mgmt noted inflation continues to decelerate, the company's tech investments are paying off, and there remains a meaningful opportunity for unit growth".

"COST's strong value offering, high renewal rates, and club expansion plans make COST well-positioned, in our view," it adds.
