Sony: pens agreement to acquire Haven Studios

(CercleFinance.com) - Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Haven Entertainment Studios.

Haven Studios is a game development studio that is based in Montreal.

Haven Studios has a team of game creators who have collaborated on some of the industry's most popular games and franchises for over a decade.

The studio is focused on creating an original AAA multiplayer game that will not only harness the power of the PlayStation 5 platform, but will also enrich the diverse catalogue of gaming experiences that only PlayStation can offer, Sony Interactive Entertainment said.
