Technicolor CS: listing suspended
(CercleFinance.com) - Following the close of the simplified tender offer (OPAS) for its shares, Technicolor Creative Studios has requested the suspension of the listing of its shares on Euronext Paris from today until the implementation of the squeeze-out procedure.
As a reminder, the OPAS for Technicolor Creative Studios shares, filed by Lazard Frères Banque on behalf of certain members of the concert of major institutional shareholders, was open from December 14 to 29 inclusive. The initiators irrevocably undertook to acquire, at a unit price of 1.63 euros, all the 1,374,780 shares not held by the members of the concert, representing 4.74% of the share capital, with a view to a squeeze-out as soon as the OPAS closes.
