Technicolor CS: simplified tender offer starts this Thursday

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF announces that the simplified tender offer for Technicolor Creative Studios shares, filed by Lazard Frères Banque on behalf of certain members of the concert of major institutional shareholders, will be open from December 14 to 29 inclusive.


The initiators irrevocably undertake to acquire, at a price of 1.63 euros each, all the 1,374.780 shares not held by the members of the concert, representing 4.74% of the share capital, with a view to a squeeze-out at the close of the OPAS.

Société Générale will acquire, on behalf of the initiators, the shares tendered to the offer, on the basis of a purchase order at the offer price for all Technicolor Creative Studios shares covered by the offer.
