Poujoulat: acquisition of Breizh Bois in Brittany

(CercleFinance.com) - Poujoulat announces that Euro Energies, its wood energy division, has acquired, on December 22, 2023, 100% of the capital of Breizh Bois, a company specializing in the manufacture and distribution of high-performance wood logs and pellets for domestic use.


Located in Pluvigner in the Morbihan region, Breizh Bois has more than 4,000 long-standing customers in the Vannes, Auray and Lorient areas. Its site has 2,600 m² of buildings on a two-hectare plot, allowing for real development.

The transferees and the current Breizh Bois team will support Euro Energies in a project requiring an investment of three million euros over 18 months to increase the site's production capacity and expand its delivery and service offering.
