Target: CFO promoted to COO

(CercleFinance.com) - Target announced on Thursday that it had promoted its CFO Michael Fiddelke to Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective February 4.


In his new role, Michael Fiddelke will be responsible for overseeing nearly 2,000 stores, supply chain management and services such as Shipt one-day delivery, as well as store construction and refurbishment.

Michael Fiddelke, who had been CFO since 2019, began his career as a consultant with Deloitte. After earning an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, he joined Target in 2003 as a trainee.
