Northrop Grumman: steps up share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - Northrop Grumman reports that its Board of Directors has authorized share buybacks amounting to an additional $2.
5bn, bringing the authorized amount to approximately $3.8bn.

Share repurchases will take place from time to time, according to market conditions and at management's discretion, on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions, the aerospace and defense group says.
