KKR: buys logistics premises of over 160,000m2

(CercleFinance.com) - KKR and Etche, KKR's logistics real estate platform in France, have announced the acquisition of the Scott logistics portfolio from Ivanhoe Cambridge.


This platform comprises five buildings with a total surface area of over 160,000 m2. These assets, two of which have just been delivered, are strategically located on the backbone in prime logistics areas on the outskirts of Lyon, Grenoble, Orléans, Compiègne and Strasbourg.

The buildings are fully let to prime tenants on long-term leases.
