Johnson Controls: reduces annual EPS forecast

(CercleFinance.com) - Johnson Controls shares are up 2% despite the company trimming its adjusted EPS forecast for FY 2021-22 to 2.
98 to 3.02 dollars (compared with 2.95-3.05 previously), a cut made due to FX headwinds.

The building equipment group posted adjusted EPS of 0.85 dollar for Q3, up 3%, on revenue of 6.6 billion dollars, up 4% (+8% in organic terms).

The group said that strong demand has continued as customers look to it for healthy, smart and sustainable building solutions, which also highlighted a record 11.1 billion dollar backlog.
