Kingspan: stock down as EU approves acquisition of Ondura

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of Ondura, based in France, by Kingspan, based in the UK.


Kingspan is active in the manufacture and marketing of insulating sandwich panels, flooring and lighting and ventilation solutions.

Ondura is active in the manufacture and marketing of lightweight roofing systems and waterproofing solutions.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns given its very limited impact on the market structure.

However, Kingspan shares are down over 5.5% this afternoon.
