Experian: chooses Amazon for cloud services

(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced that it has been selected by Experian, the world's leading information services and credit bureau, as the preferred cloud provider to power its multi-year IT modernisation initiative.


As part of its cloud-focused strategy, Experian will migrate its core business operations, consumer services products, analytics tools and on-premises servers to AWS, it said.

Centralising these critical technology platforms in the cloud is expected to improve Experian's IT security and reliability, reduce its operating costs and improve its time-to-market for new offerings.
