Hoffmann Green: completion of an OCEANE bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies announces the completion of an OCEANE bond issue maturing in February 2029, subscribed by funds managed by Eiffel Investment Group for a nominal amount of around five million euros.


The designer of innovative clinker-free cements explains that the purpose of this issue is to provide additional financial resources in line with its industrial and commercial strategy.

The OCEANE bonds will bear interest from February 20, 2024 (inclusive) at an annual rate of 6%. Interest will be payable quarterly in arrears on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year.
