Elis: bond placement under EMTN program

(CercleFinance.com) - Elis announces that it has priced a E400m principal amount of senior unsecured bonds under its EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) program, with a six-year maturity and a fixed annual coupon of 3.
75%.

The reception given to this issue, with an order book of over E2.8bn, representing an oversubscription rate of more than seven times, demonstrates investors' reinforced confidence in it, the industrial laundry group said.

Elis specifies that the net proceeds of this issue will essentially be used to refinance the bond issue with a principal amount of E500m, maturing on 3 April 2025.
