Elis: 60% of 2021 dividend paid in shares

(CercleFinance.com) - The industrial laundry company Elis announces that, at the close of the option period (open from 27 May to 10 June inclusive), 60.
02% of the rights were exercised in favour of receiving the payment of the dividend for FY 2021 in shares.

Therefore, 3,842,846 new shares will be issued at a unit price of 12.96 euros, representing 1.7% of the company's share capital on the basis of the share capital existing on 31 May 2022, with a balancing payment of 220.26 euros made in addition.

The settlement and delivery of the shares and their admission to trading on Euronext Paris will take place tomorrow, 16 June. These shares will carry immediate dividend rights and will be assimilated to existing Elis shares.

The amount of the 2021 dividend to be paid in cash to shareholders who have not opted for payment in shares amounts to approximately 33.2 million euros (excluding commissions) and will be paid as from 16 June.
