Elior: issue of over 740,000 new shares

(CercleFinance.com) - At the end of the vesting period for the 'Elior Group 2021' free share allocation plans, Elior Group announced today that it has issued 741,520 new shares, representing 0.
29% of its share capital.

These shares are issued to beneficiaries meeting the performance and presence conditions set out in the plans. The capital of the foodservices group is now divided into 253,611,809 shares.
