Frey: buys Polygone Riviera for E272.3m
(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has announced that it has received a binding offer from Frey, a property company specialising in the development and operation of shopping centres in Europe, to acquire Polygone Riviera for a net sale price of E272.
3m. Polygone Riviera is a 77,100 m² shopping centre (the majority of which, i.e. about 71,000 m² is owned by URW), located in Cagnes sur Mer (France, Nice region). The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023. Copyright (c) 2023 CercleFinance.com. All rights reserved. |
