Getlink: Benetton family below 25% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Aero I Global & International, a company controlled at the highest level by the Benetton family, declared to the AMF that on March 8 it had crossed below the threshold of 25% of Getlink's voting rights, as a result of an increase in the total number of voting rights.


The declarant stated that it held 85,170,758 Getlink shares representing 170,341,516 voting rights, i.e. 15.49% of the capital and 24.07% of the voting rights of the transport infrastructure group operating the Channel Tunnel.
