Getlink: BlackRock stake exceeds 5% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, has informed the AMF that on 11 October it has increased its stake in the channel tunnel operator, Getlink's capital to above the 5% threshold, and that on behalf of the said clients and funds, is now holds 5.
04% of the group's capital and 4.33% of its voting rights.

This threshold has been exceeded due to the receipt of Getlink shares held as collateral.
