Altur Invest: nearly 360,000 shares tendered to the OPAS

(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities has informed the AMF that, during the period of the simplified tender offer (OPAS) for Altur Investissement shares, i.
e. from January 26 to February 8 inclusive, Suffren Holding acquired 356,648 shares at a unit price of 11 euros.648 shares.

As a result, at the close of the OPAS, the initiator, in concert with François Lombard, directly and indirectly held 3,636,578 shares, representing 92.63% of the share capital and 92.59% of the voting rights. The shares will remain suspended until further notice.
