Foncière INEA: Gest below 15% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On April 3, 2024, Gest declared to the AMF that it had crossed below the threshold of 15% of voting rights in Foncière INEA, directly and indirectly, through Gest Invest SC, a company it controls, and that it held 13.
22% of the company's capital and 14.70% of its voting rights.

This crossing of the threshold resulted in an increase in the total number of voting rights in Foncière INEA.
