iliad: Holdco II holds over 95% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On 29 September 2021, HoldCo II, a simplified joint stock company, declared that it had individually crossed the thresholds of 90% and 95% of the capital and voting rights of Iliad and that it held 57,568,859 Iliad shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 96.40% of the company's capital and 96.17% of its voting rights.

These thresholds were crossed following the acquisition of Iliad shares via the simplified tender offer initiated by the declarant.

On 29 September Mr. Xavier Niel also crossed, indirectly through the intermediary of HoldCo II, which he controls, the thresholds of 90% and 95% of iliad's share capital and voting rights and indirectly holds 57,568,859 iliad shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 96.40% of its share capital and 96.17% of its voting rights.
