Savencia: 42% increase in FY net income

(CercleFinance.com) - Savencia Fromage & Dairy has reported net income, group share of E96.
5m for 2023, compared with E68m the previous year, despite current operating income falling 9.1% to E212.9m.

Sales rose by 3.7% to E6.79bn, including organic growth of 11.6%, with like-for-like increases in both cheese products (+8%) and other dairy products (+17%).

At its AGM on 25 April, its Board of Directors will propose a dividend of E1.4 per share, up 7.5%. However, the food group warns that the outlook for 2024 remains marked by a volatile and uncertain environment.
