(CercleFinance.com) - The concert, comprising Bernard Huvé, Alexia Slape, Arnaud Huvé, Alban Huvé, Christiane Guillebaut and SII Goes On SAS (hereinafter the "Huvé family group") and Eric Matteucci, Antoine Leclercq, François Goalabré, Charles Mauclair, Didier Bonnet and BTO Sanok, declared to the AMF that on February 23, 2024, they had exceeded the thresholds of 90% of the share capital and voting rights in SII and held 90.
54% of the share capital and voting rights in this company.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of SII shares by SII Goes On as part of the simplified tender offer it initiated.
