IT Link: acquisition of Ciao Technologies
(CercleFinance.com) - IT Link announces the acquisition of Ciao Technologies, enabling it to strengthen its presence in North America, with just over 100 employees in Canada, making it the group's second largest geographic zone.
This acquisition does not entail any change in the management or organization of Ciao Technologies, with Jean Drouin, the company's current president and founder, retaining his role as company director. Ciao Technologies will be integrated into IT Link's consolidated scope of consolidation as of January 9, 2024. The acquisition price, paid in cash, was financed entirely from the company's own funds.
