Euro Ressources: nearly 960,000 shares tendered to the public buyout offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Natixis has informed the AMF that, during the period of the public buyout offer (OPR) for Euro Ressources shares, i.
e. from January 25 to February 7 inclusive, Iamgold France acquired 957,296 shares at a unit price of 3.50 euros.

At the close of the OPR, the offeror thus held 57,199,449 shares, i.e. 91.53% of the capital and at least 95.20% of the voting rights of this gold assets company. Euro Ressources shares will remain suspended until further notice.
