Viel & Cie: annual net income up by a third

(CercleFinance.com) - Viel & Cie has reported a 33.
4% increase in net income for 2023 to E98.1m, with a 25.8% rise in operating income (including associates) to E172.1m.

The parent company of Compagnie Financière Tradition and Bourse Direct posted annual sales of almost E1.08bn, up 8.9% at current exchange rates and 12.1% at constant exchange rates.

A dividend of E0.40 per share for 2023, up 14.2%, will be proposed to the AGM on 6 June. Since the beginning of 2024, Viel has reported growth in professional intermediation and sustained business in online brokerage.
