Bolloré: operating profit up 25%

(CercleFinance.com) - Bolloré's 2018 revenues rose by 7%, to 23.
024 billion euros at constant consolidation scope and exchange rates.

In reported terms (and thus including the 13.924 billion euros contribution from Vivendi, consolidated since April 2017), sales are up 26%.

The group's operating profit reached 1.301 billion euros, up 25% relative to 2017. Net income, group share came in at 235 million euros, down 66.2% compared to 695 million euros in 2017, which the group said included certain favourable items.

At the AGM, the group's Board of Directors will finally propose a dividend payment of 0.06 euro per share, which is payable in either cash or shares. It will be identical to the dividend paid for 2017.
