Crit: confirms intention to acquire Openjobsmetis

(CercleFinance.com) - Having carried out the due diligence exercises provided for in the agreements signed on 21 December, Groupe Crit confirms its intention to acquire Openjobsmetis, Italy's sixth-largest temporary employment agency, at E16.
50 per share.

The acquisition, both directly and indirectly, of the shares of Omniafin, MTI Investimenti and Plavisgas remains notably subject to the finalisation of the disposal agreements, and to the lifting of the condition precedent relating to administrative authorisations.

Should the acquisition be completed, Groupe Crit would hold approximately 57.7% of Openjobmetis capital and 54% of voting rights, and would launch a mandatory tender offer for all outstanding shares.
