Air France: traffic up 6.5% in April.

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM announced passenger traffic that was up 6.
5% in April, based on capacity that was up 4%, which resulted in a load factor that is up 2.1 points at 87.5%.

The airline said that it transported 7.1 million passengers in April (+5.6%) on its Air France, KLM and HOP! Planes and boasted unit revenue per kilometre seat offered (RSKO) excluding FX factors that is up y-o-y.

Meanwhile, the Franco-Dutch group's low-cost carrier Transavia saw its traffic leap 26.2%, with passenger traffic reaching 1.3 million (+27.8%), thanks to the opening of new routes.
