Siemens Gamesa: assigned 'BBB' rating by Fitch

(CercleFinance.com) - Siemens Gamesa has been assigned a "BBB" long-term credit rating, with a stable outlook, by the credit rating agency Fitch, the Spanish-based maker of wind generators said on Wednesday.


The agency attributes the rating, given Siemens Gamesa's leading position in the wind industry, while also noting its geographical and industrial diversification.

This rating follows those assigned by Standard & Poor's ("BBB-") and Moody's ("Baa3").
