FlatexDEGIRO: request from shareholder GfBk

(CercleFinance.com) - flatexDEGIRO announces that its shareholder GfBk Gesellschaft für Börsenkommunikation mbH ('GfBk') has proposed a change to the agenda of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 June 2024.


GfBk proposes the dismissal of the Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, Martin Korbmacher, with effect from 4 June 2024, and proposes that he be succeeded by Axel Hörger, an independent advisor, with effect from the same date.

GfBK also announces that Herbert Seuling, member of the flatexDEGIRO Supervisory Board (and of the Supervisory Board of Heliad AG), will resign for personal reasons at the close of the AGM on 4 June. GfBk proposes to fill this future vacancy by electing Bernd Förtsch.

GfBk holds 13.08% of flatexDEGIRO's capital, and its director Bernd Förtsch holds 1.44% of flatexDEGIRO's shares, as well as a further 4.68% via Heliad AG.
