Deutsche Telekom: UBS reiterates Buy rating

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS confirms its Buy rating on the share, maintaining its target price unchanged at E26.
6, representing 19% upside potential.

"Q4/guidance in-line with continued solid growth. Shares remain cheap and are yet to reflect a doubling of FCF over 2021-24E. DT offers 6% pa shareholder returns;" the broker says.

For FY 2024, Deutsche Telekom targets adjusted EBITDAaL that is up 6% to around E42.9bn, with adjusted EPS exceeding E1.75.
