Alcon: UBS lowers target price

(CercleFinance.com) - UBS confirms its buy rating on the share, although has reduced its target price for it to 78 CHF (from 82 CHF).


The analyst believes that 2024 is less exciting than before, although stresses that there will still be a double-digit return in the medium term.

For FY 2023, the Swiss group has tightened down its estimates, now expecting core EPS of $2.70 to $2.75 (vs. $2.70 to $2.80), with revenues of $9.3bn to $9.4bn (instead of $9.3bn to $9.5bn).
