Roche: launch of PRAME antibody

(CercleFinance.com) - Roche announces the launch of the PRAME antibody (EPR 20330), to identify the expression of the PRAME protein in tissue samples of patients with suspected melanoma.


“Understanding if the PRAME (PReferentially extended Antigen in MElanoma) protein is expressed helps enable more informed clinical decisions and may improve patient outcomes”, it says.

The PRAME antibody thereby constitutes the latest addition to the Roche robust dermatology portfolio, with more than 50 dermatology biomarkers designed to meet a broad range of diagnostic requirements.
