Air France-KLM: one-year extension of credit lines
(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM, together with its two subsidiaries Air France and KLM, announce that they have executed the first one-year extension option of their ESG (environment, social and governance) revolving credit lines.
in April 2023 they executed two revolving credit lines (RCF) linked to ESG key performance indicators with a pool of international financial institutions, for a total of E2.2bN. In addition, Air France-KLM and Air France today executed the facility's accordion option to increase the RCF by E90m, bringing the total amount of the two RCFs to approximately E2.3bn.
