Danone: E700m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Danone announces that it has succefully issued bonds amounting to E700m, maturing in six years, with a coupon of 3.
481%, an issue that has been widely subscribed to by a diversified investor base. As part of its active cash management, the issue enables the food group to increase its financial leeway while extending the maturity of its debt.
