Visiomed: new CEO appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Visiomed announces the appointment of Clément Pacaud as Managing Director of the healthcare technology and services group, bringing with him over 12 years' experience, 10 of which spent in the Gulf States.


Aged 34, Clément Pacaud was previously CFO of Lahab, a company of the Emirati industrial conglomerate EDGE, and then CFO of Perpetua Investment Group, a private equity firm based in Dubai.

Two years ago, Visiomed Group embarked on a profound transformation through a development strategy focused on new markets, particularly in the Persian Gulf", the company points out.

Thomas Picquette will remain alongside Clément Pacaud as Corporate Secretary, with the task of supporting the Group's development, optimizing its investment capacity and managing consolidation and reporting issues.
