Europcar: Morgan Stanley steps out of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has declared to France's AMF stock market regulator that on 15 June it exceeded the thresholds downwards of 5% of the capital and voting rights in Europcar Mobility Group, and that it no longer holds, through its subsidiaries, any shares in the car rental company.


The American corporate bank specifies that this crossing of thresholds ensues from the contribution of Europcar shares held by the declarant as part of the takeover bid initiated by Green Mobility Holding.
