Fnac Darty: successful bond refinancing

(CercleFinance.com) - Fnac Darty yesterday announced the completion of the refinancing of its long-term bond debt.


This operation will enable the group to benefit from a longer maturity profile and maintain solid long-term liquidity, while optimizing its cash management.

It yesterday successfully completed a bond issue totaling E550m, maturing in April 2029, bearing a fixed annual interest rate of 6%.

This transaction was welcomed by a diversified base of institutional investors in France and abroad, and was oversubscribed to several times.

Settlement and delivery of the new bonds is scheduled for 28 March 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
