Manitou: two new positions on the Executive Committee

(CercleFinance.com) - Manitou Group has announced a change in its Executive Committee, with the creation of two new positions: Chief Transformation & Governance Officer and Chief Financial Officer, held respectively by Hervé Rochet and Céline Brard.


Hervé Rochet was previously Corporate Secretary - CFO since 2014. His new role will enable the Group to 'accelerate its transformation, address digital, human and reputational challenges while ensuring the integrity of its governance framework'.

The full CFO role will position the finance function as 'a priority lever in the development of profitable and sustainable growth'. Céline Brard worked for KPMG for nine years and Valeo for over 24 years.
