Crit: conditions for Openjobmetis acquisition lifted

(CercleFinance.com) - Groupe Crit announces the lifting of the last condition precedent to the direct and indirect acquisition of a majority stake in the Italian company Openjobmetis, an operation announced on December 21.


In February, the French human resources services group signed takeover agreements with several shareholders of Italy's sixth-largest temporary employment agency, at a price of 16.50 euros per share.

These agreements were subject to the lifting of the condition precedent of Italian government approval under the so-called "Golden Power" regulations, a condition which was lifted last Friday.
