Visa: commercial launch of Visa B2B Connect

(CercleFinance.com) - Visa announces the commercial launch of the Visa B2B Connect cross-border network, which will cover over 30 trade corridors worldwide, and aims to expand to 90 markets by the end of 2019.


Visa said that this is “giving financial institutions an ability to quickly and securely process high-value corporate cross-border payments globally.“

Bottomline and FIS already offer access to the Visa B2B Connect platform to partner banks. In addition to Visa's key resources, Visa B2B Connect uses the Linux Foundation's Hyperledger Fabric open source structure, in partnership with IBM.
