Twitter: board appointment

(CercleFinance.com) - In a document sent to the SEC, on Wednesday evening Twitter announced the appointment of Mimi Alemayehou as a new member of its board of directors.


She will join the audit committee and replace Robert Zoellick, effective as if 1 July 2021.

Mimi Alemayehou is currently executive vice president for public-private partnerships at Mastercard. Prior to joining Mastercard, she was a manager of the Black Rhino Group investment platform, a portfolio company of Blackstone.
