Omnicom: reinforces advertising with Criteo

(CercleFinance.com) - French digital advertising specialist Criteo announced on Thursday that it would be deepening its partnership with US communications giant Omnicom.


Both groups, which already collaborate in the exploitation of commercial data, now plan to work together in the optimization of the "digital shelves" of online stores.

This agreement, the first between a major advertising agency and Criteo in the field, comes shortly before the back-to-school period, which is expected to see US consumers spend some $41.5bn this year, according to estimates by the National Retail Federation.

Criteo already strengthened its expertise in data analytics for online commerce in 2021, with the strategic acquisition of Gradient.
