KKR: investment in US company KBS

(CercleFinance.com) - KBS, one of North America's leading private installation service providers, today announced a recapitalization by investment funds and accounts managed by KKR, Ares Management BlackRock, who will become majority shareholders in the Company.


The new investors will support the Company's ability to further invest in go-to-market capabilities and in delivering high-quality service to its customers.
