KKR: successfully completes first part of offer on Albioma

(CercleFinance.com) - The renewable energy producer Albioma has announced that following the closing of the offer initiated by KKR (open from 23 June to 27 July), the latter will hold 27,049,985 shares, i.
e. 83.44% of Albioma's share capital and voting rights, and 551,205 BSAARs, representing 99.95% of the outstanding BSAARs.

The offer will be reopened shortly, at the same prices, i.e. 50 euros per share and 29.10 euros per BSAAR, to enable shareholders and BSAAR holders who have not yet tendered their securities to do so. Settlement and delivery will take place on 11 August.
