Alphabet: back to all-time highs on a positive note

(CercleFinance.com) - Alphabet is up over 2% on Friday morning on the New York Stock Exchange, back towards its all-time highs, buoyed by favorable comments from Wedbush analysts.


The research firm said this morning that it had decided to add the stock to its 'Best Ideas List', considering the US technology group to be one of the big winners in the emergence of generative AI.

Alphabet's competitive advantages are numerous, with an unrivalled range of data enabling it to develop and build AI models for text, images and video", he points out.

Wedbush also highlights Alphabet's huge user base from its search engine, but also from YouTube and Android, as well as the talent of its engineering teams and its proven ability to monetize content.

The firm renews its 'outperform' opinion on the stock, with a price target set at $160.
