Ferrari: buys back 11.4 million euros of own shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Ferrari said on Tuesday that it has bought back 117,256 of its own shares at 97.
6 euros each, as part of the share buyback program that it announced in February.

After the 11.4 million euro transaction was made at the end of March, the Italian carmaker has now spent over 30 million euros for 307,856 common shares purchased.

As of 9 April, the company held 5.27 million shares, representing 2.1% of its total share capital.
