Euronext: adjusted EPS up 5.9% in 2023

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext reports sales of E1,474m for 2023, up +3.
9% on 2022 and +1.6% LFL.

Meanwhile, adjusted EBITDA rose by just 0.4% to E864m, suggesting an adjusted EBITDA margin of 58.6% (vs. 58.7% a year earlier).

The group reported adjusted net income of E584m, up 5.3%, giving adjusted EPS of E5.51 (+5.9%).

In line with its dividend policy, the group will propose a total dividend payout of E256.8m, representing 50% of net income, at its next AGM in May 2024, it said.
