Euronext: completes acquisition of Nexi tech business

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has completed the acquisition of the capital markets technology business of Nexi.


The acquisition covers the technology business that currently powers MTS, Euronext's bond trading platform, and Euronext Securities Milan (formerly Monte Titoli).

The deal's completion is subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals and the completion of the syndicate consultation process. For the record, Euronext and Nexi have announced that the Transaction will be completed on 14 June 2022.
